Where QuickLearn (EML Training Corp) processes personal data on your behalf as a processor — for example the learner data you upload when training your team — we make a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available to support your GDPR and UK GDPR obligations.

How to request the DPA

Email privacy@emltraining.com from your account's billing or admin address with the subject "DPA request" and your organization name. We'll return a countersignable copy for your records.
