Enterprise pricing is determined after discovery based on learner volume, portals, governance, integrations, and support level.
We offer three plans: Starter (for individual experts and small teams, up to 200 learners), Professional (for training companies, HR & L&D teams, and agencies, up to 1,000 learners), and Enterprise (for large organizations and regulated environments, 1,000+ learners). Enterprise pricing is custom and determined after discovery.
Starter and Professional plans are priced annually based on the learner band you select. Starter ranges from USD 800 to USD 1,500 per year. Professional ranges from USD 1,800 to USD 3,000 per year. You can optionally add AI assistance for USD 300 per year on any plan.
The AI add-on helps with content drafting, assessment question generation, and faster course setup. It costs USD 300 per year and can be added to any Starter or Professional plan. You can also add it later after sign-up.
Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time. If you outgrow your current learner band, you can move to a higher tier. Contact us for Enterprise upgrades.
Yes, all plans come with a 7-day free trial with access to core features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Plans are billed annually. Enterprise customers can arrange bank transfers or custom billing.
